Since launching in October 2025, the Ralph Alexandria campaign has evolved through two strategic phases, each building on real performance data.

Phase 1: Brand Awareness & Volume (Oct - Jan)

Launched Meta Ads with broad targeting and general project messaging. Generated 400+ leads at $18-20 CPL. Identified that lead volume was high but budget alignment was a challenge for many prospects.

Phase 2: Product-Specific Strategy (Feb - Present)

Restructured campaigns by apartment type (1BR, 2BR, 3BR, Penthouse) with pricing in ads. Uploaded 50+ new creatives using your photography and CGI renders. Updated landing page with qualifying form fields. Shifted audience to 35+ high net worth.

Google Ads Activated (Mar 2026)

Brand protection campaigns live, capturing high-intent searches for "Ralph Alexandria" and related terms. Prevents competitor bidding on your project name and captures buyers actively searching.

First Sale: Proof of Full-Funnel Performance

Rebecca Beza (Qantas) first enquired Dec 6, re-engaged Dec 9 and Dec 28, visited on-site, and placed a deposit in early March. This demonstrates the complete journey from Meta Ad impression through to apartment sale, validating the campaign strategy across a 2-month sales cycle.
