Meta Ads Upload Service

Weekly ad uploads across all three markets, so you keep full control of strategy

Meta Ads Weekly Upload

You provide the approved creative, copy, and targeting direction. We handle the technical upload and QA across all three Meta Ads accounts every Friday.

How the Weekly Upload Works

Simple four-step process each week. You stay in full control of strategy, budgets, and creative direction.

1

Creative Finalised

Your team finalises ad creative (images, video) and ad copy for the week's campaigns.

2

Drop assets into a shared Google Drive folder with direct links, landing page URLs, and UTM parameters.

3

Friday Upload

Market Lead uploads ads across all 3 accounts (AU, US, UK) with correct targeting, placements, and naming conventions.

4

QA + Confirm

We QA every ad before publishing, confirm everything is live, and flag any cross-channel insights.

What You Provide Each Week

Ad Creative

Final images and/or video files, ready to upload. All creative must be approved before handover. Shared via Google Drive folder with direct download links.

Ad Copy

Primary text, headline, and description for each ad. If copy differs by market (AU vs US vs UK), provide all versions clearly labelled.

URLs + UTMs

Landing page URLs for each market with UTM parameters. Use the correct domain per market (.com.au, .com, .co.uk) and include campaign/source/medium UTM tags.

Campaign Direction

Which campaign or ad set each ad should go into, target audience, and any budget or scheduling notes. You retain full control over strategy and budgets.

Why Continuity Matters

The real risk with any transition: results don't wait 6-12 months while someone new "learns the business"

The Cost of Starting Over

Whether it's a new agency, freelancer, or in-house hire, anyone new faces the same fundamental challenge: they don't know the business yet. And results need to happen every month, not 6-12 months from now.

6-12 Month Learning Curve

Any new agency or freelancer needs months to understand inventory cycles, bestsellers, seasonal patterns, margin structures, and when to push vs pull back. During that ramp-up period, performance drops while they experiment with what Market Lead already knows.

Results Can't Wait

Every month counts. A new provider doesn't get a grace period while they "learn the products." Revenue needs to hit targets now. A single bad month of misallocated budget or wrong audience targeting can have serious business implications.

The "Cowboys" Risk

Agencies pitch scaling and growth, but they don't understand that for every 10% upside, there's potentially 3x the downside if it's not done carefully. We've seen what happens when small changes are made without understanding the full picture.

Cross-Channel Blindness

A new agency managing Meta Ads won't have visibility into Google, Microsoft, and Shopify data. They'll optimise in isolation, missing the overlap between channels.

Three Markets, Three Accounts

This isn't one simple account. It's AU, US, and UK with different audiences, currencies, shipping rules, and inventory availability. A new provider has to learn the nuances of each market from scratch.

Sensitive Period: UK Launch

The UK market is launching during this transition. Any disruption to Meta Ads during a market launch amplifies risk. The UK needs coordinated execution across Google, Microsoft, and Meta simultaneously.

What Market Lead Already Brings

Four years of accumulated brand knowledge, product understanding, and business intelligence that no new provider can replicate on day one.

4+ Years

Brand & Product Knowledge

Market Lead has managed Nomad since 2022. We know the bestsellers, the seasonal patterns, which collections perform, how inventory cycles affect ad strategy, and when to push hard vs scale back. This isn't written in a brief; it's built from years of working in the data.

3 Platforms

Cross-Channel Intelligence

We see the full picture across Google, Microsoft, Shopify, and now Meta. We can identify that 36-38% of Meta conversions overlap with Google in AU, flag $15K of wasted male audience spend in 90 days, and make decisions no single-channel provider can.

3 Markets

Multi-Market Experience

We already manage AU and US accounts across multiple platforms. We understand the differences in audience behaviour, currency implications, shipping constraints, and seasonal timing between these markets. Adding UK is a natural extension.

Day 1

No Ramp-Up Required

Results from month one, not month six. There's no onboarding period, no "getting to know the business," no trial and error with audiences. Market Lead already knows the direction of the business and can execute immediately.

The Bottom Line

Advertising management is a commodity. Agencies pitch the same scaling promises. The real value comes from the intricacy of business knowledge: understanding inventory, trigger events, knowing which bestsellers to push and when, reading the business direction, and making decisions that protect the downside while capturing the upside.

That knowledge took four years to build. A new agency or freelancer starts at zero. And the business can't afford to wait while they catch up.
